Installation

Get up and running in a few simple steps.

Subscribe and download

Visit workautomate.net/subscribe to start your free trial. You will receive a license key via email and a link to download the installer.

Install and activate

Run the installer and launch Meeting AI. Enter your license key when prompted to activate the app.

First-run model download

On first launch, Meeting AI will download the Whisper transcription model (~500MB). This is a one-time download. The model runs entirely on your machine for local, private transcription.

Configure and start

Select your microphone and system audio device, add your AI API key (OpenAI or Anthropic), and you are ready to go. Start recording and Meeting AI will begin transcribing in real time.
